These terms govern your use of theprotocol.ink and anything you buy from us. The Protocol is a trading name of Miles Mark Austin, a sole trader in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). We are not a limited company.
By using this site, or by buying anything from us, you agree to these terms.
There are four things you can pay us for. These are all of them.
Prices are in pounds sterling. The price shown to you at checkout is the amount you will be charged.
This section applies to The Operators (£17 or £27 per month) and to AI Consultancy (£750 per month).
Your legal right to change your mind about a new purchase is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for a build are agreed with you individually, in writing, before we start. Where anything we agree with you in writing differs from this section, the written agreement is what applies.
What we do for you each month is agreed with you. It is a monthly working relationship, not a fixed list of deliverables, unless we have agreed a fixed list with you in writing.
The Operators is a paid membership. While your subscription is active, you get access to the community and to whatever was described on the sign-up page at the time you joined. We may change or improve what is included. If we ever make a change that materially reduces what you are paying for, you can cancel, and section 3 tells you how.
You agree not to share your access with anyone else, and not to copy or resell material from inside the community. Be decent to the other members. We can remove anyone who is not.
If you give us your email address, we may send you marketing emails from The Protocol. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works. What we do with your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
If you engage us for a project or for consultancy, you agree to:
We build systems, websites and funnels to the best of our ability, and we say what we think will work. We do not guarantee any particular revenue, traffic, ranking, follower count or business result. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.
Except where the law does not allow us to limit it, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
How to cancel, and what you get back, is set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the English courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always tell you when they last changed. If you have an active subscription and we make a change that materially affects you, we will tell you.
