Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers everything you can pay us for: The Operators (£17 or £27 per month), AI Consultancy (£750 per month), and a Website and Funnel Build (£1,500). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Your Right to Change Your Mind

If you are a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days from the day you buy a new subscription or service online to change your mind and cancel it, and get your money back. You do not need to give us a reason.

Two things to know, because they are how the law works:

• If you asked us to start straight away, which for a membership means giving you access immediately, and you then cancel inside the 14 days, we can keep a fair amount for what you actually used, and we refund the rest.
• If you are buying as a business rather than as a consumer, this 14-day right does not apply. The rest of this policy still does.

To use this right, just email inbox@milesmarkaustin.uk within 14 days and say you want to cancel.

The Operators (£17 or £27 per month)

• This is a recurring monthly subscription. It renews automatically until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time. Use the Stripe billing link in your payment receipt, or email inbox@milesmarkaustin.uk and we will cancel it for you and confirm.
• Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not end your access early: you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• We do not refund part-months once a month has started and you have had access to the community, other than where the 14-day right above applies.
• If you are charged after you cancelled, that is our mistake and we will refund it in full. Just tell us.

AI Consultancy (£750 per month)

• This is a recurring monthly subscription, paid in advance, and it renews until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing inbox@milesmarkaustin.uk.
• Cancelling stops the next payment. The month you have already paid for is completed, and you keep working with us until the end of it.
• Once a month has started and work is underway, that month is not refundable. If you cancel before a new month has started, you are not charged for it.
• If we have taken a payment for a month and then done nothing at all for you, we will refund it.

Website and Funnel Build (£1,500)

• This is a one-off payment, not a subscription. Nothing recurs and nothing renews.
• If you cancel before we have started work, you get a full refund.
• If you cancel after we have started, we keep a fair amount for the work already done and refund the rest.
• If we fail to deliver what we agreed, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for what was not delivered.
• Once the finished build has been handed over to you, the payment is not refundable, which does not affect your statutory rights if the work is faulty or not as described.

The 7 Pillars is a free download. You are never charged for it, so there is nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.

How to Cancel or Ask for a Refund

Email inbox@milesmarkaustin.uk. Tell us your name, the email address you used to pay, which product it is, and what you want. We aim to reply within two working days.

Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid from, through Stripe.

If You Think We Have Got It Wrong

If you believe a refund is fair for a reason not covered above, email us and tell us why. We will look at it properly and aim for a sensible outcome. We deal in good faith and we expect the same back. Nothing in this policy takes away your legal rights as a consumer.
