Refund Policy

AI Implementation & Automation Retainer

  • Retainer payments are non-refundable once the monthly period has begun and work is underway
  • You may cancel your retainer with 14 days' written notice — the current paid month will be completed in full
  • If we have not begun any work for the upcoming month and you cancel before the start date, a full refund will be issued

Websites & Funnels (Project Work)

  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins — this deposit is non-refundable
  • If you cancel mid-project after the deposit has been paid and work has started, the deposit covers work completed to date
  • The remaining 50% is due on project completion and is non-refundable once the final deliverables have been handed over
  • If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid for undelivered work

The Protocol (Free Community)

The Protocol community is free. There is nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Disputes

If you believe a refund is warranted outside of the terms above, contact us directly. We'll review each case individually and aim to reach a fair resolution. We operate in good faith and expect the same in return.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via email or through the booking link on our website. Include your name, the service in question, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
